ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS
1. General provisions
The online store is available at the address: https://www.tex4pros.com, managed by: IPS MILITARY SP. Z O.O. These regulations define the rules for using the store and concluding distance sales contracts.
2. Placing orders
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
The customer places an order by:
- adding products to the cart,
- completing the form,
- choosing payment and delivery,
- confirming the order.
3. Payments
Available payment methods:
- traditional transfer,
- fast online payments,
- BLIK,
- Google Pay, Apple Pay
- PayPal,
- payment card.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected EU countries. The order fulfillment time is provided with the product.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason by using the return form attached to the order. The return should be sent to the address: IPS MILITARY SP. Z O.O., ul. Rudawska 17, 58-533 Karpniki.
6. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted:

- in writing to the company's address.
The administrator considers the complaint within 14 days.
7. User account
The customer can create an account in the store. The administrator can delete an account that violates the regulations or legal provisions.
8. Final provisions
In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
